One word sums up my philosophy about exercise, training, conditioning, and fitness . . . BALANCE. Balance between stability and the mobility of our joints; Balance between the strength and endurance of all the muscles that stabilize each joint; and Balance between our workouts and the rest and recovery our body needs. If we don't achieve and maintain balance in the body, then we greatly increase our risk for tissue breakdown and injury. My mission is to try and help all my clients achieve and maintain balance within their body by implementing an appropriate exercise/fitness plan for each client based on their individual needs.
