Fall Farm Event! (Sun. 29 Oct, 2017 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm)

Spend some time with us on the farm!  Stop by to see our barn full of animals, milk Elsie the cow, take horse drawn hayrides through the woods on Saturdays and tractor driven hayrides on Sundays! Pick that special pumpkin from our pumpkin patch, walk our woods trail and let the kids enjoy the playground activities! 

Quarry Chapel Concert (Sun. 29 Oct, 2017 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm)

The Ransom Notes & Colla Voce, two a cappella groups at Kenyon College, will perform. Bring your family & friends to this free fun event at historic Quarry Chapel, corner of Quarry Chapel & Monroe Mills Roads outside of Gambier.

Doors open at 2:30 pm & show starts at 3. Bring a lawn chair in the event you cannot find seating in the Chapel. Parking is available in the front & rear stone parking lots. You may park head in on the grass along Monroe Mills Road. Please do not park along Quarry Chapel Road by the cemetery.

Oaks & Acorns (Thu. 2 Nov, 2017 10:00 am)

This program is designed for caregivers (moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.) with children ages 2-5.  Caregivers and children will spend time together outside experiencing guided nature play, outdoor investigations, and hands-on discoveries.  We will provide children and caregivers ideas to safely and comfortably spend time outside while encouraging creativity and curiosity, and gently pushing the envelope on “risky play.”  Programs are scheduled for Sept 28, Oct 5, 12, 19, 26, and Nov 2.  Programs begin at 10:00am and end no later than 11:30.  Space is limited!  Call now to register 740-427-5052.  Payment due (cash or check) by Sept 15. 

To register for the entire series (all 6 programs):    Members - $20 per family                          Non-members - $30 per family

 

To register for select dates:                                              Members - $5 per day                                 Non-members - $10 per day
