Fall Farm Event! (Sun. 22 Oct, 2017 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm)

Spend some time with us on the farm!  Stop by to see our barn full of animals, milk Elsie the cow, take horse drawn hayrides through the woods on Saturdays and tractor driven hayrides on Sundays! Pick that special pumpkin from our pumpkin patch, walk our woods trail and let the kids enjoy the playground activities!

Oaks & Acorns (Thu. 26 Oct, 2017 10:00 am)

This program is designed for caregivers (moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.) with children ages 2-5.  Caregivers and children will spend time together outside experiencing guided nature play, outdoor investigations, and hands-on discoveries.  We will provide children and caregivers ideas to safely and comfortably spend time outside while encouraging creativity and curiosity, and gently pushing the envelope on “risky play.”  Programs are scheduled for Sept 28, Oct 5, 12, 19, 26, and Nov 2.  Programs begin at 10:00am and end no later than 11:30.  Space is limited!  Call now to register 740-427-5052.  Payment due (cash or check) by Sept 15. 

To register for the entire series (all 6 programs):    Members - $20 per family                          Non-members - $30 per family

 

To register for select dates:                                              Members - $5 per day                                 Non-members - $10 per day

Hagan's House of Horrors (Fri. 27 Oct, 2017 8:00 pm - Sat. 28 Oct, 2017 12:00 am)

Hagan's House of Horrors is a multi-themed haunted house attraction located within the village of Bladensburg, in the southeastern part of Knox County. The  haunt is recommended for ages 16 and up with parental discretion advised for younger children. It's open every Friday and Saturday night in October beginning at 8:00 PM (ticket window opens at 7:30). Free parking is available on the haunt site and nearby in this easily walkable country village. 

Most Saturday nights at the haunt involve charitable collections of food or other items or ticket proceeds givebacks to causes in the local community.

Knox County Symphony (Sat. 28 Oct, 2017 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

The second performance of the season featuring our local musicians, under the direction of Dr. Benjamin Locke.
